FinCraft

Payment policy

How Fincraft is paid for, what happens around a renewal, and what happens if a payment does not arrive. It forms part of the terms of use; refunds have their own refund policy.

1. What you pay for

2. How payment is taken

Fincraft does not yet take card payments on the site. When you choose a paid plan, we send you an invoice by email with the amount, the tax and our bank details. Pay it by bank transfer, UPI (India) or another method the invoice lists, quoting the invoice number. Your plan is switched on as soon as the payment is matched — usually the same working day.

The billing screen says so plainly while a payment is pending, rather than pretending a card was charged.

3. Renewal

4. If a payment is late or does not arrive

A missed renewal is an inconvenience, not a lock-out. You keep full access for 14 days after the period ends. If payment has still not arrived, the household moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, and you keep read access to everything you entered. Paying the invoice restores the plan at once.

If a subscription stays unpaid and is not renewed, records are kept for 90 days so you can come back, as the privacy policy explains.

5. Upgrades and downgrades

6. Invoices and records

Every payment gets a tax invoice in the name of the household owner, or a business name and tax number if you give us one before paying. The billing screen keeps a history of plan changes. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires in the country of billing — seven years in India and the UAE; they contain only what was paid, when and for which plan — none of your financial records.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, please write to [not set] before disputing it with your bank: most problems are a missing reference or a duplicate payment, which we refund in full. We may pause an upgrade while a payment dispute is open, but we never delete your records because of one.
