Most people do not have a money problem so much as a visibility problem.
Fincraft is the screen that adds it up: every account, every currency,
every asset and every paper that matters, in one place.
Balance, less what is already committed, less what you meant to save — and how confident that figure is.
2
What is coming?
Recurring payments, renewals and maturities due before the next pay date, each listed by name.
3
Where do we stand?
Everything owned and owed, consolidated into one currency at the exchange rate that applied at the time.
Features
What it does
Four things a household needs from its money, and the screens that answer each one — including a way to bring everything across from the app you use now.
See it all
Net worth, and how it movedEverything owned and owed in one currency at dated exchange rates, with month-by-month history split by the currency it is held in.
Money todayWhat is genuinely free to spend before the next pay date, with every commitment it subtracted listed by name.
Accounts in 15 currenciesBanks, cards, deposits and cash in dirhams, rupees, riyals, dinars, pounds, euros, naira, rand and more. Balances are worked out from history, so they cannot drift.
Statement importCSV, Excel or PDF — scanned and password-protected ones too. Rules you set once file each merchant from then on.
Switch from another appBring your whole history across from YNAB, Mint, Monarch, Quicken, Spendee, Toshl, Money Lover, Wallet, Actual or any QIF, OFX or spreadsheet export — accounts, categories and transfers included.
Plan and grow
Investments and propertyFunds, shares, bullion, pension, insurance, property and possessions — valued, not guessed at.
Real returnsXIRR and CAGR on actual cash flows, so a monthly SIP is not judged as though it were a lump sum.
Budget and goalsPlan against actual, monthly or annual, and see whether each goal’s date is still realistic.
ForecastYour recurring income and spending carried forward, so next quarter is not a surprise.
Renewal remindersPolicies, memberships, visas and maturing deposits flagged 60, 30, 7 and 1 day ahead, by email if you like.
Protect it
Secure vaultPasswords, PINs and private files, encrypted and opened with your password or your fingerprint or face — with end-to-end items the server never sees.
Nominees and documentsWho is named on what, where the will disagrees with the paperwork, and every policy and deed in one place.
Emergency accessSomeone you trust can reach the essentials if you cannot — after a waiting period you can use to say no.
Activity log and alertsEvery sign-in, unlock and change on your account, day by day, and an email when someone keeps getting your password wrong.
Encrypted backupsEvery night, with copies kept for up to ten years and a check that each one can really be restored.
Across borders
Money sent homeEvery remittance with its true cost — the fee and the margin hidden in the rate — and the cheapest provider you use.
TaxIndia and the UAE in depth, plus Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa (2026/27 tables), with the working shown.
CalculatorsZakat, end-of-service gratuity in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and GOSI contributions.
Memberships and milesLoyalty cards, clubs, coupons and air miles in one list, with their value and expiry.
Multi-currency by design
A salary in one currency, savings in another
Common in the Gulf, in families spread across continents, and for anyone who has worked abroad.
Every account keeps its own currency; every total is converted at the rate that applied on the day,
so last year’s net worth does not move when the dirham or the rupee does.

How it works
From a blank page to the whole picture in an afternoon
Create your householdPick the currency you think in. Invite a partner, an adult child or your accountant later, each with a role.
Add your accountsBanks, cards, deposits, investments, property — with the balance on a date. Nothing connects to a bank.
Bring in the historyImport statements or enter by hand. Rules you set once file each merchant, so next month mostly files itself.
Read the answersNet worth, money to spend, budgets, returns and what expires next — each screen with its own guided help.
Security
Built to be trusted with the numbers that matter most
Encrypted at rest. Account numbers, nominee details, vault items and files are encrypted with a key kept apart from the application’s own.
Two-factor sign-in by authenticator app or emailed code — required for owners and administrators.
A vault that locks itself, opened with your password or your device’s fingerprint or face, with optional end-to-end items the server never sees.
Your household, and only yours. The boundary is enforced in every query, and every sign-in and unlock is logged.
Backed up every night, encrypted. Copies are kept for up to ten years, and an activity log shows every sign-in and change on your account.
Nothing to steal from your bank. Fincraft never asks for online-banking logins and cannot move money.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to my bank?
No. It never asks for an online-banking login and cannot move money. Figures arrive because you entered them or imported a statement file — CSV, Excel or PDF, including scanned and password-protected ones.
Can I bring my data from YNAB, Mint or Quicken?
Yes. Upload the export from YNAB, Mint, Monarch, Quicken, Microsoft Money, GnuCash, Spendee, Toshl, Money Lover, Wallet or Actual — or any QIF, OFX or spreadsheet file. You see every account and category it found and choose what each becomes before anything is saved, transfers are joined up, and the whole import can be undone in one step.
Which currencies does it handle?
Dirhams, dollars, euros, pounds, rupees, riyals, Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars, Omani rials, Philippine pesos, Nepalese and Sri Lankan rupees, naira, Kenyan shillings and rand. Totals are shown in the reporting currency you choose, each month at the rate that applied then.
Can my family use it with me?
Yes. Everything belongs to a household, and each person is given a role: a partner sees everything except billing, a member handles day-to-day money, an adviser gets read-only figures and never the estate, documents or vault.
How is my data protected?
Sensitive fields and files are encrypted at rest, sign-in supports two-factor, the vault re-asks for your password and locks itself when idle, every household is kept apart in every query, and backups are encrypted. The privacy and data-protection pages set out the detail.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a tool for doing your own thinking: it shows what you have and works through the arithmetic, with the rules it used. It makes no recommendation about what to buy, sell or hold.
What does it cost?
There is a free plan to get started, and two paid plans priced per household per year — see Plans and pricing above. Paid plans add PDF statement imports, more people, the tax and estate tools and more storage. Each household can try either one free for 30 days, once, with no card needed; when the trial ends you are back on Free unless you choose to pay. If a paid plan lapses, everything you entered stays where it is on the free plan.
Can I take my data with me, or delete it?
Yes. Reports and transactions export to CSV, the whole household exports to a file, and an owner can erase all of the household’s financial data from the profile screen.
Where do I get help once I am in?
Every screen has its own “How to use” panel, and there is a step-by-step guide, a glossary of financial terms and Back / Next buttons that walk through setting up in order.
Fincraft began as one family’s spreadsheet: accounts in three countries, policies nobody could find,
and a net worth that changed every time the exchange rate did. It grew into a tool for anyone whose
money lives in more than one place — and for whoever will one day have to pick it all up.
Show the working. Every figure can be traced to the transactions, rates and rules behind it.
Your data is yours. No advertising, no selling, no bank logins; export or erase at any time.
Plain language. A glossary for the jargon, and help on every screen.
What it is not
Not a bank, a broker or an adviser. It holds no money, connects to no bank and cannot move anything —
every figure in it arrived because you entered or imported it. It makes no recommendation about what to buy,
sell or hold. Read the disclaimer.
